Management of IT Finance projects within the FCA department (IT Finance, Accounting, and Purchasing), in the "Refinancing & Back-office" team, covering Savings and Guarantee scopes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Definition and management of the functional and technical roadmap for the Finance application portfolio in alignment with IT strategy and business priorities.

- End-to-end management of projects and application evolutions: scoping, impact assessments, IT solution design (functional and application architecture).

- Coordination of internal teams and external partners.

- Analysis and challenge of business needs to ensure the functional relevance and technical feasibility of solutions.

- Coordination of testing and acceptance phases up to validation and production deployment.

- Production and maintenance of project and application documentation.

- Contribution to the sustainability and maintainability of the application portfolio.

Contribution within the project team responsible for the evolution of the digital pathway for wealth management advisors, as part of MiFID II regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Contribution to the implementation and adoption of Agile practices within the project team.

- Facilitation and participation in scoping workshops with business units.

- Writing user stories.

- Coordination and interface between Business, MOA, MOE, and validation teams.

- Definition and implementation of the testing strategy.

- Management and execution of functional acceptance testing phases.

- Development of documentation and user guides.

Within the IT department of the Confirmations & Reconciliations IT department, contribution to projects for implementing reconciliation solutions for the Back and Middle Office, with the aim of strengthening pre-trade and post-trade controls.

International environment: mission conducted entirely in English.

Key Responsibilities:

- Management of IT Finance projects: needs scoping, workload estimation.

- Analysis of the existing system, conducting technical-functional impact studies, and writing specifications.

- Solution design.

- Coordination of technical teams and management of testing and production deployment phases.

- Implementation and evolution of regulatory reconciliation mechanisms (EMIR, DFA, Canada, SFTR) to improve the quality of reporting on Forex, Rates, Credit, and Equity products.

- Configuration and optimization of reconciliations in Intellimatch, particularly in the context of migrating custodians to CACEIS.

- Coordination of UAT and tests during the annual update of SWIFT messages and the Citynet version upgrade.

- Level 3 application support.
