Collaborated with a major retail player (LabelVie Atacadao) to design a mobile application enabling merchants to easily restock via a fluid interface. I led the app development from scratch (grooming, ticket dispatch, product feedback integration) and rapidly delivered production-ready features without an onboarding period.

I improved the React Native app (new features, optimized UX, integrated GA4 analytics) and refactored the backend to support multi-store management (dynamic pricing and stock). Price/stock synchronization was stabilized by eliminating 100% of conflicts through optimization of asynchronous requests.

Developed and deployed custom Commerce Tools applications on Azure, adapted products for multi-store, automated workflows in Python (+50% productivity), and configured Azure Logic Apps to trigger real-time ETL processes.

Optimized memory-intensive backend features, performed advanced debugging (Azure App Insights, OpenTelemetry), and resolved cloud configuration issues to ensure uninterrupted deployments.
