Within the Fiber IT department, I joined a team of 16 people and took on several missions, including:

• Implementation and maintenance of web services compliant with the protocols established by Interop'fibre

• Creation of internal web services for the various IT department units

• Maintenance of a native PHP (5.6) monolith and native PHP (7.4/8.1) / Laravel web services

• Supervision of web services and data flows with third-party operators

• Role of technical referent for the Go stack, coaching the team on best practices and the ecosystem

• Leading the transition from an internal Go framework to alternative open-source solutions (Gin, Gorm, Logrus, Viper, Cobra, etc.)

• Implementation of the Prometheus / Grafana stack to manage the monitoring of several Docker Swarms as well as the stacks running on them (via Prometheus service discovery)

• Optimization of Docker images and normalization of Gitlab CI

• Creation and provision of technical documentation for developers

• Pair programming sessions fostering knowledge sharing, mutual assistance, and project advancement

SaaS platform dedicated to event industry players (agencies, caterers, venue renters, etc.) enabling them to meet their various needs: CRM, Emailing, E-commerce, CMS, Project Management, Events, etc.

As a developer, I carried out the following tasks:

• Successful transition from PHP 5.6 to PHP 7.4 and update of the internal framework

• Raising awareness among the development team on good development practices (SOLID principles, DRY, KISS, YAGNI, and PSRs) to improve the quality, maintainability, and testability of the solution

• Implementation of PHPUnit and tests to prevent regressions

• Creation of a custom CI/CD solution for updating the various instances

• Configuration and deployment of the ELK stack to enable monitoring and log aggregation

• Design and implementation of new features, maintenance, and bug fixing

• Design, development, and maintenance of various client projects (e-commerce, event websites, custom developments, etc.)

• Strengthening the skills of internal stakeholders (developers, project managers, sales representatives) around the platform

As a project manager, I also assumed the following responsibilities:

• Management of client briefs, writing specifications, quotes, tracking time spent, and up-selling

• Monitoring HelpDesk tickets to ensure training, support, and problem-solving for users

• Implementation and facilitation of training sessions for users

I also had the opportunity to participate in the organization of various events for our clients:

• Economic Meetings of Aix-en-Provence (Le Cercle des économistes)

• Centenary of the Société des membres de la Légion d'honneur (Initialis)

• Job Games (Initialis)
