INFRARAIL manages the part of SNCF RESEAU's supply chain that handles the supply of railway construction sites, ensuring the right product is delivered at the right time and under the best conditions.

My main responsibilities:

Assisting the director and the division head in steering by providing a concise presentation of the entity's income statement and production.

Analysis of expenses (€290 million) and revenues (€146 million):

Ensuring the reliability of accounts in relation to activity and reciprocity with partners' positions.

Analyzing actual vs. budget variances and estimating re-forecasts.

Presenting accounts in monthly management reviews.

Calculating actual vs. standard variances.

Managing the SNCF MATERIEL invoice (€90 million) in collaboration with production.

Budgetary preparations:

Challenging and valuing the volume of activity planned by operational staff, ensuring the completeness of flows.

Constructing the forecast expense account by destination: material transport activity, provision of railway resources.

Exchanging budgetary assumptions with partners, managing intercompany transactions, and justifying disputes before the SNCF head EPIC committee.

Other:

Conducting various cost studies to inform and deploy operational strategies.

Disseminating economic culture among operational staff.

Invoicing of resources.

Digitalizing financial reviews using Power BI

One-year mission to refine the specifications for the branch's new budgeting tool, to ensure and facilitate budget entry during the euro and work unit forecasting cycle.

Creation of a line account (income statement by destination)

Analysis of the HK & B line account (€350 million):

Analysis of actual vs. budget variances based on achieved production.

Monitoring of internal invoicing: G&C, EIC resource transfer, TER, and Voyages.

Monitoring and analysis of Commercial Train Kilometer costs.

Taking over and monitoring Bonus Malus and the STIF IdF contract.

Responsible for monitoring production hours (1093 ED), absenteeism, and internal invoicing flows (intra TN, TER, Voyages) in collaboration with the organization department.

Budgetary cycle:

Elaboration of the production order in collaboration with operational staff and forecasting of associated costs.

Construction of station tariffs in collaboration with the Stations department of the Transilien directorate.

Participation in the organizational and financial response within the framework of the integrator carrier missions for the HK & B lines.

Ensuring the transition and reliability of budget forecasts within the framework of the regionalization project.

Other:

Monitoring of the CO and quality improvement of benchmark positions to ensure headcount alignment objectives for FGA/FGP.

Optimization of closing processes and simplification of management dialogue for NIF ELT (industrialization of the line account).

Implementation of direct costing of actual/budget expenses through the redesign of management accounting within the framework of the HBK line split into HK and B lines.
