Key achievements:

- I organized monthly investment committees from A to Z, bringing together the Decision-Making Board for a review of approximately 30 summarized projects exceeding €300K.

- A daily review of projects over €20K was established with team members.

- I was asked to take on the role of Head of the Investments Department for 8 months (maternity leave replacement and Covid context), coordinating monthly investment reporting for the EXCOM brochure, consolidating the investment budget, reviewing various types of investment requests (construction, equipment, IT projects, share acquisitions) from subsidiaries: present in 105 countries and across 5 Business Units (reviewing their business plan, verifying the coherence of needs, challenging assumptions)

- Management of 3 people in the context of the COVID-19 crisis (work delegation and participatory management)

- Monitoring of port concessions (representing 80% of turnover), comparing the initial BP with subsequent modifications - alerting role in case of budget or acquisition timeline overruns as per the contract terms.

- True pivot with various Heads of Department at Headquarters: Purchasing, Operations, Infrastructure, IT, Real Estate, Legal/Share Operations and liaison with Business Finance Directors and the accounting department.

- Rationalization of needs and harmonization of fleets with preferred intra-Group material movements, in coordination with the Purchasing team.

- Active contribution to a response to a tender for a logistics subcontracting market.

- Support to subsidiaries in preparing their DAC files according to a specific set of documents.

- Improvement of the template offered to Group entities worldwide for their DAC (Credit Authorization Requests) creations.

- I participated in facilitating training during a 4-day seminar in South Africa: topics => creation of investment requests, BP creation, how to convince and highlight needs and ROI, internal reporting tool / budget creation and management.

- MOA for investment tracking tool: participation in drafting specifications and acceptance testing of new features.
