30 e-commerce sites deployed. 12 countries. 4 iconic brands. In 4 years, I managed the entire digital rollout program for SEB Group (Tefal, Moulinex, Rowenta, Krups) in EMEA according to the SAFe framework, coordinating teams with diverse cultural and functional profiles (ERP, CRM, PIM, OMS). Managed a team of 3 project managers, implemented performance KPIs, and provided strategic reporting to management. A program with a strong business dimension, delivered on time in 12 markets simultaneously.

Two hats, one goal: to evolve and migrate SEB Group's PLM platform on a large scale.

Lead of the Build stream (Agile/Kanban): managed the development of Teamcenter platform enhancements — product backlog management, Agile rituals facilitation, coordination and management of an external developer team. Continuous prioritization of enhancements in line with business needs across 3 continents.

Migrations Project Manager (V-model): managed 3 major PLM migrations in predictive mode — migration of ~40 servers, Oracle 19 database, Active Workspace deployment (cross-device web application) — for a platform used by 1,800 users across 3 continents.

This dual role — agility in build, predictive rigor in migrations — illustrates my ability to adapt my methodology to the nature and challenges of each project, in an environment with high operational criticality.

Tech Lead Migrations (Waterfall/V-model): technical leadership on Teamcenter PLM migrations — infrastructure coordination, specific development management, guarantor of the technical consistency of deliverables.

Technical Lead for Enhancements (Agile/Kanban): Teamcenter platform administration, developer coordination, progressive maturity towards project management. Initiated the DevOps and Agile approach within the team. Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification obtained after an optimization project.
