Participation in discussions and surveys on integration, upgrade, and migration procedures End-to-End troubleshooting and resolution of all types of incidents on NSN equipment (BTS, BSC, NodeB, RNC, and eNodeB): card changes, configuration, IFHO/ISHO incidents, IP transmission, ATM transmission, etc.

Integration of new NSN BSC, BTS, NodeB, RNC equipment (IUPS over IP, IUCS over IP, IUR over IP, Gb over IP,

PacketAbis)

Commissioning of NSN radio equipment with BTS Site Manager

Validation of integration tests Validation of new patches and integration of new functionalities (non-regression tests, mobility, static and throughput tests) and analysis of protocol messages Preparation of non-regression test plans Participation in terminal validation (mobility tests and static tests) Taking traces and reading protocol messages on air/Iub/Iups/Iucs/Gb/A/Abis interfaces Recovery and analysis of KPIs on NSN and ALU, investigation for improvement
