With over 10 years of experience, I have supported companies in all phases: from hypergrowth and IPOs at Zalando and Mister Spex, through restructurings at Linus Digital Finance, to building scalable HR models at Everphone and Scout24. These experiences have shaped me and shown me how crucial it is to set up People & Culture with both operational excellence and strategic foresight.

Typical projects in my work include the introduction of HRIS systems (Workday, SAP), the development of Business Partner and Service Delivery models, the creation of market-compliant compensation and salary band structures within the framework of the Pay Transparency Act and EU directives, as well as supporting post-merger integrations and international scaling.

I place a special focus on Change Management and Leadership Development: I empower leaders to shape change rather than just manage it. Through coaching, workshops, and practical tools. My work combines culture development, communication, and clear processes, so that transformation is not just decided upon, but also lived.
