- TMA & MCO Tech Lead: Secured and monitored the daily electronic invoicing flow (SAP -> Docaposte -> Seres / Chorus Pro / UGAP). Resolved complex Level 2/3 incidents (Chorus rejections) on Windows servers using VisualCron and scripts (PowerShell, VBS).

- AI-Assisted Development (Vibe Coding): Designed and accelerated the delivery of the "PhilouV2" monitoring application (Python 3.12 / Django) by extensively leveraging LLMs (Claude, GitHub Copilot). Used prompt engineering to ensure reliable data orchestration.

- Low-Code & Mentoring: Provided technical guidance to an intern and deployed automated workflows using n8n (M365 APIs). Automated log extraction (HC-SerMax) and daily consolidation of invoicing statistics via Power Platform and Excel.

- Pre-Sales & Strategic Consulting: Conducted a comprehensive audit of the legacy architecture to identify performance bottlenecks. Designed, costed, and presented a proposal for modern application redesign focused on APIs and Low-Code.

Context & Role:

Technical leadership for the development, architecture, and maintenance in operational conditions (MCO) of several critical applications (Cacatoes, ToIP Manager, and AXL Manager). Ensured the quality of deliverables, resolved incidents, and provided technical support within a strict Agile methodology environment.

📈 Key Results:

- Absolute Production Stability: Zero technical incidents recorded to date within the managed application scope.

- Business Reliability: All 3 applications are perfectly stable, ensuring seamless and uninterrupted telephony management for the entire Crédit Agricole group.

🎯 Main Achievements:

- Designed an event-driven, service-oriented architecture to interface applications with the Cisco telephony platform (CUCM).

- Led the migration to Cisco CUCM 15 (while maintaining compatibility with v12.5): integrated new JTAPI libraries.

- Optimized network and database flows: configured routing of JTAPI and AXL (Read-Only) connections on target application servers.

- Developed advanced REST CRUD endpoints for managing Translation Patterns (in accordance with Cisco CallManager administration guidelines).

- Implemented strict data validation rules and complete traceability (security and audit logs).

- Drastically reduced overall technical complexity while significantly improving the end-user experience.

- Cleaned up Production Code: Excluded heavy and unsuitable dependencies in production.

- Coaching junior profiles for functional and technical upskilling.
