Implementation of robot-assisted process automation in production: Analysis of the current process, definition of requirements, vendor and solution comparison, coordination with the service provider, Factory Acceptance Test (FAT), Site Acceptance Test (SAT), implementation, and establishment of KPI monitoring for continuous optimization.

Overall project management and PMO for all workstream leads (Logistics, Procurement, Processes, IT).

- €500M Production Site Transformation: Led large-scale transformation of two production sites incl. planning volume transfers, executing machine transfers (>100 units) and change management for 300+ staff -> -30 % cost per item reduction

- Greenfield Production Site Planning: Led new production site planning incl. location analysis, warehouse selection, business case and PMO

- €20M Post-Merger Integration: Conducted due diligence for €20M acquisition, managed interim operations, integrated processes and systems

PROCESS OPTIMIZATION & OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE

- Process Optimization: Reduced shipping-related reorders by 40% through Six Sigma-based process optimization.

- Process Automation: Implemented robotic automation, eliminating 90% manual labour in a production process.

- Efficiency Improvement: Reduced shipping costs by 4%pt. through data-driven production steering and optimized packaging strategies

- New 1000m² consignment area: Enabling in-time order fulfilment by developing a new consignment area, optimizing process design and IT
