Close collaboration with specialist departments, management, and works councils, as well as advising executives on market availability, profile requirements, and personnel decisions.

In addition, experience in the HR generalist field with support for the entire employee lifecycle, creation of labor law documents, works council hearings, and assistance with organizational and personnel strategy issues.

Strong focus on efficient, transparent, and scalable recruiting structures that improve both candidate experience and internal decision-making processes while reducing external recruiting costs.
