Within the AWS competence center, my mission consists of preparing the implementation of an SRE initiative within the team, actively contributing to the evolution of Axa's AWS Landing Zone, and participating in the development of new features on the Atlas program and its innovative MPI (Managed Public IaaS) platform.

Among other things, I also carried out the following activities during the mission:

After a year, I expanded my role by contributing to the creation of the SRE team within the competence center. This team aims to ensure the support and continuous improvement of deployed solutions, while daily confronting developers with the challenges posed by incidents and reported problems. Thanks to my initial experience, I provided quality support in problem-solving and communication with clients. I also played a leading role in promoting a transparent relationship between clients and our team, thereby strengthening mutual trust.

To mention other new activities implemented in this second part of the mission:

Within the CANAL+ teams, the main mission is to imagine, formalize, design, and implement application and infrastructure deployment automation solutions in a continuous integration context.

This mission took place in 3 stages:

The main challenges of this mission were to migrate applications to AWS Cloud and ensure their continuous integration.

Following an internal mobility at BNP, I joined the Datalab of BNP Cardif. The mission focuses on the administration of their new Domino Datalab platform in the Orange OCB Cloud.

Through this solution, I was able to practice my Docker skills and discover Kubernetes in more detail and the enthusiasm around this technology. Hosting it on a public cloud also allowed me to develop my skills in this area.

I also had many discussions with the solution editors/support for Domino Datalab, which we administer, to contribute to their roadmap and significantly improve its functionality, in addition to instilling the desired BNP vision around it.

This mission also allowed me to get much closer to the processes of large companies and their constraints. Participation in numerous projects related to the Domino Datalab solution allowed me to confront the issues and a strong need for framing them, particularly from a governance perspective.
