I specialize in the implementation, further development, and maintenance of management systems according to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 27001 – with a clear focus on small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and start-ups. My goal is not only to meet standard requirements but to build practical, lean, and effective management systems that can be seamlessly integrated into daily business operations. Subsequently, I guide my clients in a structured and reliable manner through to successful certification.

My solutions and processes are specifically tailored to the needs of small businesses: understandable, efficient, and without unnecessary bureaucracy. The aim is always to simplify workflows, create transparency, and sustainably increase customer satisfaction, rather than building up additional administrative burdens.

As a consultant listed by the BAFA (Federal Office for Economic Affairs and Export Control), my clients can benefit from subsidies of up to 80% of the consulting costs. I not only provide technical support in implementing management systems but also assist with the entire funding process – from application and formal processing to the disbursement of the grant.

I have over seven years of experience in quality management as well as in the implementation of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 27001 systems. During this time, I have successfully guided numerous companies from various industries to certification and established them sustainably.

Additionally, I work as an auditor for two certification bodies. This gives me insight into both the companies' perspective and the requirements and expectations of certification bodies. This knowledge allows me to prepare my clients for certification audits in a targeted, realistic, and audit-proof manner – with clear structure, transparency, and no surprises during the audit.
