My master's degree at the University of Salford (UK), which I completed with distinction, deepened my skills in strategic management, leadership, and project methodology at the highest level. The study modules combined theory, practice, and international perspectives: - Strategic International Business Management (SIBM): Global markets, competitive strategies, and international business management. - Project Risk & Procurement Management (PRaPM): Systematic risk management, procurement strategies, and contract design. - Operations & Information Management (OaIM): Process optimization, IT systems, and data-based decision-making. - Project Management Leadership & Skills: Planning & Control (PMLaSPaC): Leadership, resource management, and control of complex projects. - Dissertation: In-depth research on a practical project topic (grade: 73). Added value for clients: The program combines in-depth specialist knowledge with practical methods. This gives me the ability to strategically align complex projects, proactively manage risks, and lead teams internationally—always with an eye toward sustainable project success.

As part of my survival guide training at Swiss Survival Training, I am deepening my practical knowledge in the areas of resilience, team leadership, and crisis management—skills that can be directly transferred to project management and leadership. The training combines intensive outdoor practice with psychological and didactic modules: Bushcraft & survival basics – shelter, water, fire, and orientation as a foundation for setting the right priorities even in extreme situations. Group dynamics & communication – how teams act in stressful situations, build trust, and resolve conflicts. Orientation & first aid – making clear decisions when it matters and taking responsibility for the team. Survival psychology & self-management – developing mental strength, building resilience, and maintaining the ability to act under pressure. Methodology, didactics & course design – imparting knowledge in a target group-oriented manner, both in an outdoor and business context. Marketing & self-employment – building your own portfolio of services and sustainable positioning in the market. The whole program is bundled into two intensive weeks and a thesis in which I bridge the gap between project management and survival training. Added value for clients: This training expands my role as an experienced project and program manager with a unique approach: teams learn to remain focused, resilient, and capable of taking action in uncertain, complex situations—in the meeting room as well as in the wilderness.
