Developer since 2004, convinced Agile practitioner since 2008, I am now a Software Craftsmanship coach since 2016.

My desire is to support individuals in implementing good software development practices within teams through technical coaching, practice, and training: Continuous Integration, automated testing, software architecture, Agile and Extreme Programming practices.

Because project success is not purely technical, I also focus on the human positioning of team members to help resolve organizational, communication, and motivation issues.

Accustomed to the Microsoft .NET technical environment, I primarily work within this environment, but not exclusively, as most good practices are technology-agnostic.
