Responsibilities:

As a Data Engineer in the Data Processes team, responsible for tracking, data analysis, data pipelines, and cookie consent management at MediaMarkt. Support and expansion of server-side tracking (SST) as well as complex GTM setups. Analysis and processing of data in BigQuery, including creation and optimization of SQL queries. Development of internal Python scripts for automating BigQuery database operations. Implementation and maintenance of channel grouping and UTM parameters in GA4/SST, including Jupyter Notebooks.

Development of a tool for UTM creation for international sales lines. Integration of OneTrust for managing consent banners. Support for country-specific tracking requirements. DevOps tasks with Terraform: management of GCP roles, networks, and firewall rules. Proxy app with React for data transmission between MMS PWA and Oracle Blue Kai. Data visualization with Power BI Custom Visuals.

Responsibilities: Shop for selling tickets, vouchers, and courses for leisure facilities based on Wordpress and WooCommerce. Setup of the server infrastructure for test and production environments. A load balancer was placed in front of the production system, distributing the traffic of the Wordpress pages across 4 systems.

Responsibilities: As a Data Engineer in the Audience team, I am responsible for generating user data through surveys, expanding and maintaining the infrastructure such as Gitlab pipelines, AWS, Apache Kafka, and various self-developed tools to acquire this data. Furthermore, analysis of incoming data with Pivot plays a significant role. The goal is to build user profiles with extensive demographic data to selectively deliver offers and advertising to users of the Ippen Digital group. For this purpose, surveys are created with a custom-developed tool and published in articles and category pages. Data pipelines and data models were designed and implemented for this. The interface for creating surveys was developed with React / NextJS and implemented in coordination with the UX colleague.
