Responsible for Mobility Systems, Cyber Security and Digital Services

• Overall result responsibility (volume approx. $30M/y) for customer projects in the business field mobility systems (automotive systems engineering) resulting in tripling acquisition opportunities.

• Budget management within target business plan, current forecasts as well as head count planning

• Definition and execution of the business/product strategies in alignment with customer needs

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers resulting in follow-up business.

• Expending business with established OEM to get independent of start-up scene leading to additional 7-digit turnover.

• Leading the business, development and operation teams for our digital services including go-to-market strategies

• Introduction of state-of-the-art tools for efficient development and operations increasing our net promotor score.

• Execution of an electric powertrain integration project with a team of 30 members using Project Management tools and methods exceeding technical, speed and commercial expectations.

• Enabling efficient collaboration of the international project team in 4 locations by providing psychological safety, dependability, structure and clarity as well as meaning and impact resulting in extraordinary performance and associate satisfaction.
