- WeValueLead FullStack DeveloperMay 2022 - June 2024 (2 years and 2 months)Paris, FranceFor this new mission, I worked with the ANCT (National Agency for Territorial Cohesion), within the state startup "Digital Infrastructures", as part of the BetaGouv program.The goal was to develop from scratch a responsive Web platform (https://tous-connectes.anct.gouv.fr/), to coordinate the action of all individuals contributing to the France Mobile and France Very High Speed Broadband programs, responsible for ensuring 4G and fiber coverage across the entire territory.As part of this mission, I was able to:
- propose, defend, and implement the Angular / NestJS / MongoDB / Nx stack, with a Back-End deployed in Serverless (AWS Lambda)
- conduct technical interviews to hire the other 2 developers on the team
- work in close collaboration with our UI/UX Designer using Figma and our weekly meetings
- develop and lead the work methodology that best suited us, to ensure maximum productivity (and therefore minimum meetings 😉)
- create a second ancillary project: porting the French State Design System to Angular. This component library to which the entire team contributed is available as Open Source here: https://www.npmjs.com/package/@betagouv/ngx-dsfr
- perform Code Reviews for both projects to ensure consistency in Best Practices
