The project was carried out in a team of 10 developers, 6 testers, 2 product owners, a scrum master, and a project manager. The objective was to create new software for a medical analyzer. The software allows programming analyses that will run automatically in a laboratory machine.

Missions:

• Development of the software and interface in WPF, respecting a specific graphic charter.

• Participation in estimation and technical design.

• Implementation of automated tests for each development with unit tests and integration tests.

Tools:

• Visual Studio 2022 with ReSharper and MVVM Toolkit.

• Automated tests with NUnit and SpecFlow.

• Databases under SQL Server 2019.

• Source management in Azure DevOps and Git.

• Creation of technical documentation under Confluence.

• Graphical development of screens with integration of a graphical library (Telerik).

• Creation of data flows to centralize data in a database.

• Implementation of services in the application (email, messaging, document management).

• Design of reports in PowerBi.

• Needs analysis with estimation of the work to be done.

• Maintenance and development of the application and database.

• Update and creation of technical documentation.

• Design and modeling of architectures for new solutions.

• Active participation in code refactoring and optimization with ReSharper.

• Databases under SQL Server and ElasticSearch.

Missions:

• Maintenance and evolution of the WinForm CRM for member management. The application was 12 years old and contained approximately 2.5 million lines of code and 3 Windows services.

• Development of an accounting module for automatic data allocation.

• Implementation of a relational marketing tool for automatic renewal of sales via email campaigns (Send In Blue).

• Participation in the modernization of the IS for its applications and agile processes.

• Needs analysis with estimation of the work to be done.

• Maintenance and development of applications and databases.
