As part of the group's transformation & reporting to the CCEO, I support the deployment of the new CBS & the IT department in its transformation.

Responsible for the deployment & run of Amplitude platforms (Infrastructures, O365, Azure, Workspace, security). Responsible for the SDWAN Fortinet program (RFI/RFP/Pilot Deployment). Responsible for the Datacenter On Prem to IaaS migration (CCOE format to private operator): 180 applications. Construction & management of the transformation process, industrialization of deployments. Evolution & implementation of ITIL processes (JIRA ITSM Solution). Redesign of incident, change & problem processes, supporting teams in adoption, reduction of P1 incidents by 30%. Management of AI initiatives (Use case definition, SWOT, pilot). Management of services (Fixed price/time & materials).

As part of the group's transformation (Merger, acquisition & integration of 5 entities) & reporting to the CEO, I manage the IT transition and support the IT department in its transformation.

Direction of the ERP & WMS migration program. Management of the tender process (RFP/RFQ). Implementation of DATA governance (Definition, implementation) & implementation of the product repository on GCP & Blueway (ETL & MDM), API repository (SOAP => JSON). 140 applications in, 60 out. Construction & management of the transformation roadmap (Inventory, mapping)

As part of the global IT outsourcing reversibility, & reporting to the Group COO Network & Security, I implemented & secured the new NOC/SOC for the service center in India (Mumbai) & supported the deployment of Safran sites.

Head of the service center in India (Mumbai, 75 people in 24/7, L1, L2 network, security), support for production sites, coordination with L3. Responsible for build-to-run & run activities.

As part of the Operations reorganization & as COO's deputy, I am responsible for the Infrastructure & IT2IT product activities.

Management of "Technical Products" activity (12 Squads, 200 people). Implementation of a SysOps context, management, monitoring, reporting of activities. Implementation of the continuous improvement plan (ITIL processes, KPI). DevOps & Kanban acculturation (Automation, rituals, coaching, planning). Integration of IaC approach within new CI/CD pipelines. Industrialization of deployments (Infrastructure, systems, DBMS).

As part of the IT system redesign & reporting to the COO, I lead the DevOps teams (Audience Products) & I secure the run of the new IT system.

Responsible for the IT System Redesign & Cloud migration to GCP: Migration of the Panel IT system to Salesforce (SaaS) & Mulesoft. Deployment on GCP (DBMS, scheduling), management of the internal AMS reversibility. Management of DevOps activities (55 people, 7 Feature Teams), organization of PI planning with business units, integration of developers and BAs. Implementation of the continuous improvement plan: 10% reduction in P1 incidents. Simplification and reduction of lead times by 20% in 3 months.
