After 16 years of experience, I moved into freelance work as an economist.

During my career, I had the opportunity to work on various projects such as housing, nursing homes (EHPAD), student residences, tertiary buildings, and school groups.

Furthermore, I also worked within different real estate development groups.

These experiences in project ownership allow me to better understand the needs of real estate developers.

Specifically, in the upstream phase (with detailed costing from the preliminary design study - APS), I define cost-effective solutions to meet the project owner's budget, while maintaining a well-designed concept and facades that satisfy the Project Owner, Project Manager, and Local Authority for the purpose of obtaining building permits.
