🤔 Why be a trainer in ecological transition?
Ecological transition issues are crucial for the future. The entire society must reinvent itself to meet the challenge before us. Having a systemic vision of the subject is essential to guide future decisions and actions.
I therefore decided in 2019 to create summit formation to support these changes.
🥱 We've all experienced those endless training sessions where it's sometimes hard to stay awake. And when you want to act for ecological transition or a CSR approach, nothing is worse than losing the participants' attention or engagement.
🛠 Having the right tools, knowledge, and skills is necessary, but delivering it with the right pedagogy is vital!
📖 So how do I support you?
With fun, educational, and interactive training. All my training courses are built on the same foundations:
✔️ Involve participants by alternating pedagogical methods: individual reflection, subgroup work, trainer input, workshops, games, debate...
✔️ Diversify materials to reach all learning styles: video, discussion, hands-on activity...
✔️ Energize learning with the head-heart-body approach: alternating reflection time, time for physical movement in the room, and time for emotional engagement.
👉 I also offer team-building workshops for your CSR seminars on ecological transition topics.
