For fifteen years, I have managed operations at industrial sites in the aeronautics sector, from Industrial Manager to Site General Manager, in demanding and highly regulated environments (EN9100, ISO14001, EASA Part 21G and Part 145). Today, I support industrial management teams who want to improve performance without disrupting their teams.
My focus is on SMEs with 50 to 100 employees involved in small and medium series production: structures where the manager bears a lot of responsibility, processes are not always formalized, and where every operational decision is quickly reflected in the results. I bring to them what I have built as an operational professional: a supply chain that meets deadlines, an organized workshop, key performance indicators that are truly used for decision-making, and a continuous improvement approach (Lean) embedded in daily work rather than in presentations.
Specifically, I work on the restructuring and optimization of operations (production, supply chain, quality, and industrialization); performance management and the implementation of visual management; the management of industrial projects (scaling up, site relocation, equipment modernization, ERP and CMMS implementation); and managing complex or crisis situations. I have managed relationships with top-tier key accounts (Airbus, Dassault, Safran, Thales) and navigated difficult periods, including post-COVID restructuring.
My approach is simple: I come from the shop floor, I speak the language of the teams as well as that of the management committee, and I commit to concrete results. No "ivory tower" recommendations; solutions that are implemented and remain in place once the mission is completed.
