Florian Carsoule

I teach as a primary school teacher within the AEFE network in Mexico. I teach primary school students following the French National Education programs, while adapting to an international and multicultural context.

I support my students in their fundamental learning (French, mathematics, science, etc.) but also in their personal development, autonomy, and openness to the world. I work in a bilingual and multicultural environment, often with French-speaking and non-French-speaking students.

I am also part of an international pedagogical team and participate in the life of the institution, while contributing to the vitality and influence of French education abroad within the AEFE network.

I was a Spanish teacher in middle school. I taught the Spanish language to students from 6th to 9th grade, following the National Education programs.

I worked on oral and written comprehension and expression skills, as well as Hispanic culture, to give meaning to learning and develop students' cultural openness.

I adapted my courses to very different levels, trying to make the language lively, accessible, and motivating, particularly through interactive activities, role-playing, and projects related to the Spanish-speaking world.

As the Communication Manager for Landes Émotions, I led the overall communication strategy for the organization, both digital and on-site. In charge of social media (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok), I increased the event's visibility by creating and distributing content adapted to each platform, ensuring brand consistency, and strengthening community engagement.

I also supervised a team dedicated to on-site communication, coordinating actions during events and ensuring the quality of the brand's presence with the public. My role also included managing partner relations, liaising with institutional and private partners, highlighting their involvement, and maintaining smooth and effective collaboration.

This position allowed me to develop skills in project management, multi-channel communication, team coordination, and interpersonal relations, in a dynamic and event-driven environment.
