• Manage and optimize service resources for all projects.

• Set annual employee objectives and conduct evaluations.

• Support, coach, and develop service employees.

• Plan resources (internal and external) to meet workload.

• Manage short, medium, and long-term service resource under-capacity.

• Ensure the proper execution (deadlines, quality, quantity, finance) of investment account works.

• Ensure proper application of LDT/OLDT and LTr

• General planning of works and coordination of all companies

• Supervision and execution monitoring to ensure quality, deadlines, and costs

• Verification and validation of measurements, OC, and direct labor in collaboration with the various DLTs

• Ensure the proper execution (deadlines, quality, quantity, finance) of project works.

• Planning and organization of commissioning and acceptance of completed works.

• Safety guarantor.

• Study: Site visit, assistance in drafting tender response documents, cost estimation of works,

• Production: Management of 3 to 4 sites in parallel, general organization, work phasing, personnel/equipment planning, management of site teams (50 to 90 people) and subcontractors, work attachment, client relations, safety guarantor.

• Financial: Budget, expense monitoring, client invoicing.

• Direct relationship with the Operations Director, agency planning (personnel/equipment) for 6 months
