CONTEXT

The finance committee had to manage growing financial flows while securing cash flow and optimizing savings investments. However, reporting was done manually, leading to delays, incompleteness, and errors. This situation reduced the reliability of financial information for decision-makers and could jeopardize the satisfaction of internal requesters and cash flow balance.

In parallel with my treasurer duties, I was responsible for implementing and supervising data practices to structure, validate, and utilize financial and operational information.

To achieve this, I:

▪ Ensured data reliability

▪ Automated financial and analytical reporting by deploying a dashboard in Power BI Desktop

▪ Cleaned, organized, and structured data with Power Query and DAX

▪ Co-built KPIs with decision-makers

▪ Identified financial trends and formulated strategic recommendations, particularly on savings investments

▪ Supported committee members: creation and use of Power BI dashboards and activity reporting

RESULTS

✅ Improved understanding of internal requesters' needs through impactful visualizations

✅ Better real-time visibility of key indicators and optimized budget decisions to ensure cash flow balance

CONTEXT

Outperforming the market is every investor's goal, but investors often lack a simple, automated tracking tool for an effective stock market strategy, such as one based on gaps.

I set out to build an online dashboard to facilitate daily tracking of the CAC 40 and assist investors in their decision-making.

To achieve this, I:

▪ Created a database in BigQuery

▪ Designed a Python script to automatically populate this database with daily CAC 40 data

▪ Scheduled the daily execution of this script in Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Run and Cloud Scheduler)

▪ Defined relevant indicators for the stock market strategy used (gap-based strategy)

▪ Translated these indicators into SQL views created in Google BigQuery

▪ Designed and created a Looker Studio dashboard

▪ Inserted the indicators into this dashboard

▪ Scheduled a daily automatic refresh of the dashboard with Google Apps Script

RESULTS

✅ Easy and immediate access to strategic stock market indicators refreshed daily and automatically

✅ Time saved in asset allocation decision-making

✅ Gap-based stock market strategy 2x more performant than the CAC 40

CONTEXT

The project manager for the Quality and Network Development department needed to justify funding requests to public authorities and reduce, today, in 5 years, and in 10 years, the number of people with disabilities without support solutions.

My mission was to help the project manager build dashboards compliant with CNIL's confidentiality requirements to facilitate strategic management for national and local leaders.

To achieve this, I:

▪ Cleaned, organized, and analyzed data from 10,000 digitized user files (DUI) in Kibana and Toucan Toco

▪ Used Vega (Kibana) and Mongo (Toucan Toco) languages to create custom charts respecting CNIL's confidentiality requirements (allowing sample display only if it includes more than 10 people)

▪ Co-built, in Kibana and Toucan Toco, indicators and dashboards for the network head and departmental associations

▪ Identified trends in user journeys and formulated strategic recommendations

▪ Demonstrated pedagogical skills to help the project manager improve their skills: creation and use of Kibana and Toucan Toco dashboards and activity reporting

RESULTS

✅ Instant access to data on people with disabilities, with a level of granularity compliant with CNIL requirements

✅ Improved national and local management through secure interactive dashboards, ensuring speed and compliance

✅ Strengthened credibility of funding requests through consistent and consolidated key indicators for each geographical area

✅ Anticipation of needs for 5 and 10 years, allowing gradual adaptation of the medico-social offer and reduction of the number of people without solutions
