Florent Poulet

Graduate engineer from one of the best schools in France (Top 5 - "Centrale"), specializing in Project Management and Ocean Engineering - Naval Architecture, Florent worked for ten years in managing engineering agencies of various sizes and main businesses in the construction and industry sector in France (over €170 million in projects under his responsibility - "P&L" of +/- €5 million/year).

He carried out and then managed services ranging from site management assistance to complete engineering for Public Access Buildings (Schools, etc.), Industrial Buildings, Co-ownership, and Offices, including diagnosis and monitoring of special infrastructure aging (Louvre Museum in Paris, Seine bridges in Paris, ...) and industrial projects, particularly in the context of creating new metro lines "Grand Paris Express" (GPE).

He also worked as a consultant in energy and quality audits for industry and construction in Europe.

In 2018, he created AP2V Conseils to bring his vision and his desire to share his experience and know-how to organizations, companies, and individuals seeking relevant and efficient support to better manage increasingly complex problems and challenges in the workplace.

He also serves as a member of the admissions board at IRA Lyon (Public Service Executives in France), a lecturer & coach in business and engineering schools, and a speaker in areas related to managerial excellence in the workplace.

Finally, he is a state-certified professional coach in France, affiliated with the EMCC (European Mentoring and Coaching Council). His practice is based on his experience as a manager and finds its theoretical foundations in transactional analysis (TA), Gestalt therapy, and neurolinguistic programming (NLP), among others.
