As part of a company restructuring, I was tasked with taking over the PLC and HMI programs for the group's SIDEL shrink wrapper machines.

I had to take over the specifications of the machines to be manufactured and develop the machine's PLC program as well as the HMI (developed with Zenon technology).

I transferred the PLC projects and began the initial debugging of the machines.

I performed the first machine cycles before handing over to the technician who handled the run-in and fine-tuning of the machines while maintaining support to the teams.

I commissioned 6 machines worth several hundred thousand euros in 8 months.

In 8 months at the client's site, I took technical lead in the automation team and trained 2 junior engineers. I was the only one who mastered the machines before my departure, so I took the time in the last month to document all my knowledge to ensure the smoothest possible transition for the client.

I joined a team of engineers to assist in the final development of an industrial machine and its commissioning. I took over part of the project to free up time for the engineers who had been on the project for 2 years, in order to accelerate its commissioning.
