My role is to identify their safety and occupational risk prevention needs, and then offer them our training courses: fire, evacuation, first aid, and prevention. What I particularly like is that our training takes place in modern mobile buses, equipped with high-performance teaching materials, which sets us apart from the competition. I spend a lot of time prospecting, qualifying leads, and building lasting business relationships with my B2B clients. Using modern CRM tools, I organize my prospecting and track my sales efforts. Working in the occupational safety sector gives me a real sense of responsibility, as I know I am helping organizations protect their employees. It's a rewarding job that requires rigor, listening skills, and a good understanding of professional challenges.

As a Community Manager for Leroy Merlin, I created content for social media, interacted with customers, and planned marketing campaigns. I analyzed data to measure the impact of my activities and managed online reputation crises. I developed my skills in communication, marketing, and public relations while working for a major retail brand.
