Bilingual work environment (FR/EN) in contact with InPost group entities. Project focused on France with European reach: occasional coordination with Iberia, Poland, and UK teams. Key Achievements:

• Led the technological migration of a legacy stack (Snowflake, Tableau, Business Objects) to a modern architecture based on Databricks and Power BI

• Implemented robust project governance: agile organization, backlog management under Jira, team rituals, priority synchronization, and workload monitoring

• Acted as a strategic facilitator between business and data teams: translating business challenges into concrete use cases (pipelines, visualizations, automation).

• Developed and deployed Power BI Dashboards tailored to the specific needs of different departments

• Designed Power BI training modules to foster business user autonomy and support data acculturation. Areas covered:

3rd mission (October 2022 to February 2023):

In a team of 10 people, working on Auchan Retail France Supply data on GCP

Missions:

• Develop new flows to meet new Supply needs from business units (Shell, Looker)

• Strengthen the RUN part of the team through incident resolution and morning checks

• Final security of Super data and knowledge transfer to the Supply team

• Maintain the Mapping tool, the last legacy system of the Supermarkets IT

2nd mission (October 2019 to October 2022):

In a team of 2 people, dismantling the Atac IT system. On-call duty.

Missions:

• Maintain the Atac IT system to meet current user needs (BO, DataServices, ODI…)

• Security and MOP of all processes (e.g., implementation of DUMPS, Archiving, etc.)

• Migration to GCP via Shell/SQL to have an ARF view of the entire IT system

• Train Supermarket users on new Google tools (DataStudio/Looker)

• Support ARF teams on Supermarket data

• Production environment only

1st mission (February 2019 to October 2019):

In a team of 6 people for Hypermarket Data Exposition on Teradata.

Missions:

• Creation and optimization of SQL/Shell processes on Teradata

• Extraction of ad-hoc business needs via SQL/Shell

Context: In a team of 6 people. Leroy Merlin France Supply Squad.

Technologies: Stambia S18 – SAP BO 4.1 – QlikView – Teradata - Postgre

Missions:

-Implementation, maintenance, and evolution of simple and complex Stambia flows (Teradata and Postgre).

-Creation and maintenance of simple and complex BO reports.

-Creation of simple Qlikview reports.

-Participation in a BI Hackathon (creation of 5 Qlik reports)
