After extensive project management experience (large projects within the Ministry of the Interior), I moved into management roles in customer relations (Head of Department at the Ministry of the Interior, then Director of Client Services Europe in an American company); there, I gained experience in organization, process implementation, tool deployment, change management, and regulatory compliance (SOC audit).

Most recently, I created a website, Mon Petit Testament, which allows the sharing of informal wills (monpetittestament.com).
