In this project, we designed and developed a platform to connect tattoo artists and clients, specifically for the French market. The application allows users to discover artists based on their style, location, and availability, and to book appointments or request personalized quotes.

Connection between tattoo artists and clients via internal messaging;

Advanced search by location, artistic style, ratings;

Creation of detailed profiles for artists (portfolio, biography, rates);

Booking of appointments and management of requests;

Management of notifications and user reviews.

Backend: Node.js (Express) with MongoDB database;

Frontend: Development of a hybrid mobile application with Flutter (or React Native, to be adjusted based on what you used);

Authentication: Secure system via JWT with role management (client / tattoo artist);

Deployment: API deployed on VPS, with monitoring and logging;

External services: Integration of a geolocation service and a payment system (Stripe/PayPal if used).

As part of this project, I participated in the design and deployment of a personalized CRM system, tailored to the specific needs of a distribution company. The main objective was to centralize customer management while automating recurring operations, particularly sales follow-ups, invoicing, and document sending via modern channels like WhatsApp.

Automation of customer follow-ups (tracking deadlines and automatic notifications);

Management of electronic invoices, generation, and history;

Integration of an automatic invoice sending module via WhatsApp;

Tracking of customers, quotes, orders, payments, and communication.

Backend: Java with Spring Boot, secure REST API;

Frontend: Web application developed with Angular;

Parallel architecture: strict separation between frontend and backend to facilitate scalability;

Hosting: Deployment on a private VPS configured for the project (Nginx, PostgreSQL, firewall...);

DevOps: Implementation of a CI/CD pipeline, version management with Git, deployment automation.

Optimization of client-side and server-side performance.
