I am a "curious retailer" who became a consultant and trainer in merchandising by creating my company FloReMerchandising.

Coming from the world of luxury and beauty, I combine:

- Marketing and sales experience in the field, internationally, which gives me a pragmatic view of retail and a business orientation,

- And about twenty years within international merchandising departments of major groups such as Estée Lauder, Bourjois, Coty, ...

And now? I support my clients, combining flexibility and personalization.

I become the merchandising contact person who manages the project internally + transversal management with different departments (marketing, sales, purchasing, logistics, ...) and externally with service providers (fashion house, manufacturer, agency, printer, photographer, retoucher, ...).

In parallel to these projects that I lead within the teams, my little bonus is to share my experience and know-how with them -> projects succeed and teams develop their skills.

I mainly work with marketing and trade marketing departments who want to make their brand stand out in-store compared to the competition, optimize their retail presentation, ... the ultimate goal being to generate interest and desire, and trigger the act of purchase.

➡️ The customer journey is at the heart of this reconquest of the physical space versus online.

I also create and lead workshops on Retail trends to share a Retail culture with the relevant departments or simply with those curious about the evolution of our physical sales environments.
