After significant experience in sales and marketing for major agri-food groups, I decided to train and commit to supporting companies in their transition towards sustainable development that gives meaning to everything. The challenges for organizations now involve considering new ways to manage projects and initiate more virtuous business models. Circular economy and eco-design approaches are at the heart of these challenges and the resulting roadmaps. It is important to be able to address issues systemically and take the context into account from its various components to aid decision-making. Advising on strategic choices and guiding towards virtuous impact solutions also requires good coordination and effective mobilization of company stakeholders. This is a collaborative effort, collective intelligence, and co-construction to develop a realistic and effective action plan. Uniting everyone so that each person can get involved and own the results.
