After 25 years of career in human resources and training, I noticed that the resource is everywhere: in the individual and in the collectives.

I am passionate about the notion of COMPETENCE. Approach addressed during in-depth literary studies completed by a postgraduate degree in training engineering at the Sorbonne and a Master 2 in HR consulting at Paris 8 in 2014.

Management position in human resources, university interventions in HR courses, Qualiopi audits, and regular personal development have allowed me to become an HR CONSULTANT.

Since 2015, I have been supporting companies, training organizations, and employees in their reflection by strengthening perspective and mobilization and by building simple, adapted, and evolving tools.
