Teacher and Performing Artist for 20 years, researcher in personal and relational development for over 10 years, graduate of the international art school Folkwang University and trained in various aspects of therapy, psycho-energetics, and vibrational medicine, I have been coaching and advising for several years, in France and abroad, in person and online.

My intervention approach is at the service of the effectiveness and sustainable functioning of organizations. It is partly non-verbal, involving communication and actions, and awareness-raising where necessary, with maximum neutrality to enable everyone to reveal their potential and address dysfunctions and difficulties encountered, both individually and collectively.

I offer individual coaching and also interventions for teams, in companies, institutions, associations, foundations, etc. My interventions focus on 2 axes:

- the development of effectiveness, well-being, and fluency of communication in the professional context of education, healthcare, artistic, or entrepreneurial fields.

- Personal development and fulfillment, through the right Vibrational posture: feeling one's place, adjusting to changes, communicating needs.
