Independent trainer, I support students and professionals in acquiring solid and concrete skills, mainly in the fields of banking, insurance, taxation, but also in the entire marketing, customer relations, remote sales, and team management sector.

I work with diverse audiences: BTS; bachelor's, Master's degrees.

I present my courses in person and/or remotely.

I also serve as a juror for national exams.

I also lead one-off training sessions in companies: conflict management, soft skills, inbound/outbound call management.
