As part of my railway engineering apprenticeship at SNCF Réseau, I participate in the study, monitoring, and maintenance of railway infrastructure to ensure the safety, performance, and longevity of the network. My responsibilities include contributing to the analysis of track conditions (rails, sleepers, ballast), participating in technical diagnostics and studies for renewal or maintenance solutions, as well as supervising construction sites in the field in coordination with the works teams. I am also involved in operations planning, compliance with railway standards and procedures, analysis of safety and operational constraints, and coordination between the various project stakeholders (engineering, maintenance, companies). This apprenticeship allows me to develop a global vision of railway projects, combining technical skills, project management, and an understanding of the network's safety and performance challenges.
