I was one of three lead architects behind the Six Flags Qiddiya City and Aquarabia apps, the flagship guest-experience apps of Saudi Arabia's Qiddiya giga-project — live on the App Store and Google Play with 100K+ downloads since the December 2025 launch. I designed the modular multi-package architecture that let the second app ship ~6 months faster by building directly on the first one's codebase.
Before that: scaled a Flutter team from 2 to 10 engineers as Team Lead at Dr. Max (leading CEE healthcare group), defining the architecture across 3 production apps and cutting regressions by ~35%. Shipped features for EE Shop at BT Group — the e-commerce app of the UK's largest mobile operator, inside a 300+ engineer organisation. Started in native Android (Kotlin/Java) on Renault's connected-car app — which is why platform channels and native integrations don't scare me.
