Automate environment provisioning with Terraform

Automate application deployment with Ansible

Design, optimize, and implement CI/CD pipelines (continuous integration, deployment, and testing)

Prepare and supervise the installation of new application versions in the production environment

Ensure Operational Maintenance (MCO)

Create alerts and configure monitors on key metrics to guarantee application availability and performance

Develop supervision procedures to resolve incidents within the deadlines defined by IT

Provide Level 3 support for tickets escalated from Level 2 teams (complex or critical incidents/problems/requests)

Contribute to post-incident analyses to identify root causes and define corrective action plans

- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines with Gitlab

- Maintain the existing infrastructure in operational condition

- Network Traffic Data Acquisition: Develop scripts to automate the acquisition of

network traffic (Mobile and Web)

- Provide technical support

- Quality Assurance of the main project and plugins (DPI: Deep Packet Inspection)

Technical Environment:

- Docker, Docker-compose, Python, Linux, MacOs, Appium/Selenium, Gitlab-ci, Jenkins;

C, Bash, Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, Wireshark, Android Studio, XCode

Within my scope, I participate in the evolution of the application architecture (microservice) meeting business needs, and participate in the implementation of the technical infrastructure

- Providing a Very High Availability service (24/7)

- With very short response times (200ms/message)

- Performing all hot deployments (via Ansible).

- Handling all technical issues related to the project (flows, SSL, technical migration, Automation, POC…).

- Defining and writing all Ansible deployment playbooks and application supervision scripts.

- Implementing technical metrics on ELK (via Beat agents), generating Dashboards and alarms via Watcher.

- Writing documentation support; integration (DEX, diagrams, etc.), and supervision guidelines.

- Coordinating teams for cross-functional topics (outside OPS scope)

- Performing load tests of new versions via Octoperf

- Application migration to the cloud (EKS, Amazon RDS, Amazon Aura, S3)

- Implementing technical and functional metrics and alarms with Datadog.
