Administration of Active Directory and Azure AD (Microsoft Entra ID)

Context: As part of improving the existing infrastructure, I was responsible for strengthening network security. I implemented IPsec VPN access and deployed a Fortinet 100F firewall to improve infrastructure protection, while ensuring the administration of Windows Server systems and Active Directory.

Context: Leading the team, in the context of fiber engineering file production, I was in charge of end-to-end fiber optic deployment project management, from process validation to reporting, including coordinating various stakeholders.

● Launch the project internally to validate client expectations with stakeholders.

● Technical analysis using Alfresco, Networks, Myaltesse, Corolle tools

● Direct, coordinate, and follow up on incidents with the maintenance provider

● Organize steering committee meetings

● Verify fiber links in Mobaxterminal

● Manage escalations (validation and closure of incidents in Clarify)

● Guarantee compliance with deadline, cost, and quality criteria
