I had the pleasure of supporting Douceur de Plume in the creation of its new digital haven. The challenge was to transform a flourishing Instagram presence into a structured, high-end booking platform.

My mission:

Visual Identity: Design of a clean interface with powdery and minimalist tones, reflecting the softness and precision of the institute's treatments.

User Experience (UX): Optimization of the customer journey to reduce friction between discovering a treatment and booking an appointment.
