Overview:

Design, structure, and optimize the application and technical architecture of the FIBEC project, aiming to provide companies with a climate score based on the assessment of their ecological transition trajectory, their exposure to physical risks, and the maturity of their climate strategy.

Tasks and responsibilities:

● Architecture & Technical Design

Design of a modular and scalable architecture based on a microservices approach, ensuring interoperability with Banque de France systems.

Writing architecture documentation and development standards integrating security, performance, and software quality.

Definition of technological standards and participation in technical governance (architecture choices and trade-offs).

Execution of PoCs on critical components (interoperability, performance, mapping).

● Data Processing and Integration

Implementation of ETL/ELT pipelines for aggregating and normalizing climate, financial, and regulatory data.

Optimization of real-time and batch processing with resilience and scalability constraints.

Load testing and optimization of SQL/PostGIS queries on geospatial data.

● Infrastructure, Security & DevOps

Deployment of an OpenStreetMap server under Linux (Red Hat) for climate risk mapping.

Implementation of security mechanisms (OAuth2, access management, data encryption).

Monitoring of Java / Spring Boot and Angular performance, caching, and SQL/NoSQL tuning.

Setup of CI/CD pipelines with Docker, Kubernetes, and GitLab CI.

● Technical Supervision & Coordination

Team support, code reviews, definition of standards, and technical mentoring.

Java, Angular, and Python development and monitoring of technical debt.

Coordination with business teams, POs, and enterprise architects.

Tasks and responsibilities:

Architecture and Technical Development:

- Design and oversight of the portal's technical architecture, oriented towards Domain-Driven Design and hexagonal architecture, to ensure separation of business/infrastructure concerns.

- Progressive migration towards an event-driven architecture using Axon Server and Apache Kafka to enhance reactivity, traceability of business events, and system resilience.

- Implementation of a micro-frontend architecture with Nx monorepo, facilitating inter-team collaboration, component reusability, and progressive module version upgrades.

- Participation in macro-estimations and delivery planning, with strong involvement in identifying technical risks.

- Setup of automated end-to-end tests (Cypress, Playwright) to secure critical portal flows.

- Execution of development tasks.

● Performance & Software Quality:

- Diagnosis and resolution of front-end and back-end performance issues (latency, load times, Angular component complexity, unoptimized API calls).

- Implementation of observability mechanisms (logs, metrics, alerts) to monitor the portal's status in production.

- Active monitoring of technical debt, with corrective action plans (refactoring, documentation, automated tests).

- Guarantee of continuous product quality: systematic code reviews, test coverage, continuous integration, business validation.

● Management, Agility & Training:

- Taking on the role of Scrum Master to streamline team coordination, ensure agile ceremonies (Daily, Planning, Review, Retrospective), and oversee backlog management.

- Training and mentoring of team members on best development practices, hexagonal architecture, Nx usage, and DevOps culture.

Overview: In an international environment (team of 18 people spread across India, London, and Paris)

- Study and development of the backend part of Market360 (a platform for publishing various media types in the trading domain).

- Analysis and development of an authentication system based on LDAPs and SAML.
