Comprehensive project control management for Oil & Gas Upstream operations. Analysis and control of schedules from monthly reports: verification of key dates, progress achieved and schedule-progress consistency (Primavera P6), cost monitoring, VOWD analyses, risk and change management. Management of KPIs, regular reporting (schedule, costs, progress, S-curves, cash-flow) and decision-making support for project management. Coordination with teams to ensure compliance with deadlines, budget, and ENI standards.

- Calculate initial budgets for activities based on the estimate and monitor their evolution (project returns, clients, partners, etc.).

- Periodically estimate remaining expenses to complete the project, as well as necessary provisions and charges.

- Prepare the periodic project cost report.

- Assess the impact of any contract modification or evolution on costs during its execution.

- Propose corrective actions in case of deviations.

- Identify risks related to cost control and implement measures to manage them.

- Ensure internal and external reporting throughout the project.

- Schedule management (monitoring deadlines, efforts, milestones).

- Financial management (Preparation and monitoring of budgets, forecasts, and variances).

- Project planning on MS Project.

- Writing monthly reports to clients.
