As Delivery Manager, I led a strategic artificial intelligence industrialization program to automate financial control processes, enhancing both accuracy and operational efficiency. I orchestrated collaboration between DevOps teams, data scientists, and business stakeholders across Paris and Bangalore, while introducing tailored Agile practices that increased delivery velocity by 25%. Through the implementation of KPIs, real-time dashboards, and collaborative tools like JIRA and GitHub, I improved transparency and alignment among all stakeholders. Finally, I removed key delivery impediments to ensure the smooth deployment of Machine Learning models into production.

Within the Finance department, I support the business in identifying and formalizing needs for IT tool development in Python.

The existing software package for various businesses also requires significant reverse engineering to extract business logic from often undocumented and obsolete code.

My VBA expertise is crucial in this analysis phase, as it is from now-obsolete macros that I identify complementary management rules for developing software in Python.

In line with business support, from the needs identification phase to the consumption of data from software, I offer BI and DataViz services.

I am therefore the technical lead (MOE) for an SQL server platform and I deploy PowerBI reports, a DataViz tool for which I provide training courses for business users at various expertise levels.

As a consultant for Société Générale, my contribution was to independently manage commando development projects in VBA (Access and Excel).
