Anyone running a owner-managed company often has to keep an eye on sales, finance, and marketing simultaneously without having someone in-house to align the connections between these areas.

That's exactly where I come in.
I worked for a B2B SaaS company for over 11 years, from Head of Marketing to COO to CEO, most recently as CEO with full P&L responsibility, additionally as Managing Director of the holding company.

This development through various functions has not given me a narrow specialist view, but rather the ability to recognize the interplay of sales, marketing, and finance and to intervene precisely where it no longer fits together.
