Specifically, how I've used it in my previous roles:

- HRIS Project Manager

Implemented an application to manage the qualifications/authorizations of a railway company.

Analyzed the existing process and the project's impact on it, formalized through a technical document. Defined the process with various stakeholders (Safety, Management, Executive Board) and drafted the document.

Implemented the tool with company data and put it into production.

Created a training program for application users and trained them (150 managers trained in two months).

- Training Manager

Study on absenteeism in training: measured absenteeism, defined an action plan with stakeholders (Management, HR, Executive Board), and implemented actions.

Training engineering: led a training working group to upskill our employees for the arrival of new equipment to maintain.

- Production Manager & Department Manager

Improvement of management and safety points: implemented new dematerialized formats and facilitated these meetings.

Improvement of the quality of our output products: implemented a release control to be carried out after the maintenance of our equipment. Measured this control and integrated the results into the management and safety review.

Implemented performance indicators to monitor our activity.
