Elecsuperbike is an online store specializing in electric mobility (scooters, motorcycles, bicycles). I act as an independent technical consultant, the sole point of contact for all matters related to the WordPress infrastructure and site performance.

Audit and rationalization of the plugin ecosystem (~68 plugins): identification of duplicates, deletions, license arbitration, and documentation of technical decisions. Development of custom PHP snippets via Code Snippets to avoid multiplying plugins (optimization of ATUM/Multi-Inventory hooks, management of Divi/WooCommerce autosaves, temporary seasonal promotions).

In-depth performance optimization: multi-layer caching architecture (Cloudflare Pro + WP Rocket + Redis), Cloudflare Cache Rules configuration with WooCommerce exclusion management, replacement of native WP Cron with a system cron to eliminate PHP-FPM saturation, debugging of JS deference conflicts related to Divi and MediaElement.

Security: hardening via Cloudflare WAF (Managed Ruleset + OWASP), Wordfence, deactivation of redundant modules, correction of SSL configuration errors.

Operational maintenance: monitoring WordPress/WooCommerce/Divi updates, management of the Divi 4 → Divi 5 migration (staging environment), coordination with the hosting provider for server interventions (PHP-FPM, MariaDB, Apache).

Systematic documentation of technical decisions in Notion to ensure continuity and traceability.
