I lead the capital raising strategy for high-impact initiatives, structuring and negotiating debt and equity vehicles with retail credit originators to optimize liquidity and financial cost. I design and launch triple-impact brands and companies —environmental, social, and economic— ensuring competitive and sustainable returns. I lead the formulation and defense of proposals before public entities and governments, positioning business strengthening portfolios and investment cases that expand our institutional presence. I coordinate the holding's energy transition line: I integrate technical-financial analysis, SPV structuring, and operational execution in solar, wind, tidal, and other renewable energy projects, consolidating the organization as a benchmark in clean generation and energy resilience.

I supervise the executive management of environmental, textile, investment banking, and infrastructure companies, identifying risks and reinforcing their positioning. I design commercial, productive, and financial shock strategies to reverse crises and restore profitability. I advise on investment, reconversion, and expansion projects incorporating economic, social, and environmental variables to maximize efficiency and value. I analyze cash flows, lead the comprehensive structuring of the financial area, and develop key indicators for corporate decision-making. I maintain permanent coordination with directors of business units and management, aligning financial planning with strategic objectives. I present valuation methodologies, yellow machinery rental models, and financial optimization proposals to the Board, supported by market studies and technical feasibility.

I designed and marketed high-impact projects for more than 160 SMEs in the fashion system throughout the Colombian territory, from large capitals to remote municipalities, positioning the institute as the main driving agency in the sector. I led commercial plans, productivity programs, sales strategies, budgets, and efficient treasury management, preparing companies to access credit lines and financing from Bancóldex and other entities. Likewise, I co-formulated the institute's higher purpose by structuring a high-impact investment vehicle that drives the productive apparatus and projects Colombian fashion in international markets.
