The project consisted of facilitating conversation and work spaces for an organization dedicated to innovation in bioenergy uses.

The objective was for the people in the team to be aligned when presenting a work report to international funding bodies. This would facilitate the funding and continuity of the project.

Some tasks performed included:
- Initial meetings with team representatives to understand the current situation and potential conflicts.
- Design of remote work meetings, considering remote as a limitation and at the same time as an enabler.
